First National Plaza Center provides each client with tradition, elegance and style. First National Plaza is ideally located in the heart of Chicago’s business and financial district and received the 2003 Tenant Satisfaction Award. The building’s most distinguishing features is its striking 57-story office tower. The 1.4 million-square-foot faceted tower is clad in Carnelian granite and tinted glass, making a significant impact upon Chicago’s skyline. This building also features an atrium lobby with world-class art sculptures and provides pedway access to the county courthouse, governmental offices, restaurants, retail stores and CTA trains.

Planning an important business meeting? Look no further than our center. With the choice of conference meeting rooms or a day office, they are both individually designed to cater for every type of event. The Large Conference Room, 300 sq. feet, is situated in the northeast section of our center. The Small Conference Room, used primarily for brief meetings extends 140 sq. feet wide. Added amenities for all meeting rooms include video-conferencing, an LCD Projector, and other advanced audio-visual equipment. The center is also within minutes of many parking facilities.

First National Plaza consists of prestigious law firms and financial firms such as Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, Sara Lee Corporation, Morgan Stanley, Salomon Smith Barney and Bear Stearns & Co. to name a few. The Palmer House Hilton is adjacent to the center and the Chicago Hilton is nearby. There are several exquisite restaurants. The center is two miles from Water Tower where there are more than 200 of the most celebrated shops from around the world with delectable restaurants and eateries.
